This was my last set for a total of 6....This one was murder. I do this quick upper body blast a few times a month. NONSTOP!!! There is no resting between sets!!! I start with 10 pullups, then 10 dips, then 10 bicep curls (135lbs), then upright rows (135lbs) then dumbell lateral raises (25lbs), then Tricep extensions (25lbs). If I am not feeling it, I do only 4 sets. Yes, my form gets shitty.....I don't care. Yes, I have a Glock and a radio on my back.....this was filmed at a FOB on a deployment. I was part of the QRF that day. I can't film the pullups or dips because that station is located by some VERY 'sensitive' pieces of gear! No, I am not a bodybuilder or powerlifter or even a die hard crossfit dude.....I exercise in order to be more proficient at ASSKICKERY!!!! I am a tad over 6ft tall and I weigh 205lbs. My bodyfat percentage in this video is around 6.5%.
