As a full time property manager I get asked all the time by property owners "what is the best way to protect my vacant house during the winter months"

The answer is to do a full winterize on it. In this video I show you step by step how to do just that. Please note that we do not blow out the lines and depending on where you live that might be a good idea.

Please note that I am a property manager not a plumber. This is how we winterize our vacant rental property and we have not had any problems but the only way to be sure your property is completely winterized is to hire a professional. Use at your own risk.
