Grab your mat and join Ashley as she guides you through a powerful Flowing Backbend Sequence. This sequence was designed to progressively move deeper through the back bending postures of sphinx and cobra, engaging and invigorating the spine as you create space and flexibility between the vertebrae. In addition to Sphinx (Salamba bhujangasana) and Cobra (Bhujangasana), this sequence utilizes all fours-table top position, downward facing dog, plank pose and childs pose. Enjoy!
