Marlena Wessels, daughter of Christian Answers director Larry Wessels, who has always been musically gifted, wrote the song "Win This Fight" & sings it here as well. This song, which was professionally produced & recorded onto a Christian music CD entitled "Win This Fight" along with seven other songs, has made its way onto Austin, Texas Christian radio stations. Larry (YouTube channel: CANSWERSTV at http://www.youtube.com/user/CAnswersT... with 19 playlists on numerous topics; websites: http://www.BIBLEQUERY.ORG, http://www.HISTORYCART.COM, http://www.MUSLIMHOPE.COM), being the proud daddy, now happily presents his daughter's song as a sacrifice of praise to the King of Kings & Lord of Lords (1 Timothy 6:12-15), the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 5:18-19 says, "And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord."
Colossians 3:16 says, "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord."
Psalm 33:2, "Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre; sing praises to Him with a harp of ten strings."

Psalm 71:22, "I will also praise Thee with a harp, even Thy truth, O my God; to Thee I will sing praises with the lyre, O Thou Holy One of Israel."

Psalm 81:1-3, "Sing for joy to God our strength; shout joyfully to the God of Jacob. Raise a song, strike the timbrel, the sweet sounding lyre with the harp. Blow the trumpet at the new moon, at the full moon, on our feast day."
Psalm 92:1-4, "It is good to give thanks to the Lord, and to sing praises to Thy name, O Most High; To declare Thy lovingkindness in the morning, and Thy faithfulness by night, With the ten-stringed lute, and with the harp; with resounding music upon the lyre. For Thou, O Lord, hast made me glad by what Thou hast done, I will sing for joy at the works of Thy hands."

Psalm 98:5-6, "Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre; with the lyre and the sound of melody. 6With trumpets and the sound of the horn. Shout joyfully before the King, the Lord."
Psalms refer primarily to the Old Testament psalms put to music, but the term is also used of vocal music of any type. The psalms magnify God primarily by focus on the nature and work of God, especially in relation to the life of a believer. A modern psalm would be something like "O Worship the King."

Hymns center more on songs of praise and differ from a psalm only in that they specifically praise the Lord Jesus Christ. Many scholars believe that certain scripture passages such as Col. 1:12-16 were used in this manner. Modern hymns would include songs such as "May Jesus Christ Be Praised," "Worthy is the Lamb" and "In Christ Alone."

Spiritual songs are songs of testimony that covered a broad category of any music that expresses spiritual truth. This would include many of the revival songs of the past century and modern choruses.
