You need a curl bar with weights, or use olympic bar with rubber plates (medium to heavy). Squat down with a wide base and explode up lifting bar into exaggerated upright row. Drop down and continue holding bar and complete pushup.Bring feet back to original wide base position and explode up to exaggerated upright row.Complete for ten reps or until failure. Superset with pull-ups to failure
