It is a 15-mile hike on a rough trail, with almost a mile of elevation gain, HIKING MOUNT TIMPANOGOS is not easy. 'Timp' is the second highest mountain in Utah's Wasatch Range (second to Mount Nebo) and rises to an elevation of 11,749 feet above sea level in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest.
