DIY: Deodorizing A Vehicle's Interior

Video tutorial on how to remove any smells/odors in your vehicle's ventilation system. This is a special solution which is used by dealerships, garages, and car lots that is sprayed directly into your vehicle's heater/air conditioning system that kills any foul smells. This can be used to remove any odors from dust, smoke, manure, smoking, oil, etc. The product can be purchased at any local auto parts supplier. This particular video was done on a 2004 Volkswagen Golf TDI.

Tools/Supplies Needed:
-air conditioner cleaner (used in the video is Mobilair Air Repair Evaporator Treatment)

-first read the directions on the side of the can, some procedures will vary slightly
-install the extended nozzle, ensure it is attached tightly
-with the vehicle turned off, spray the product into the interior vents, as well as the exterior air duct
-select the highest setting on your fan and interior circulate
-ensure all the windows are closed
-now start your vehicle and allow it to run for 20 minutes
-do not breathe in the solution
-the product will circulate in the vehicle's interior killing any odours such as smoke, mould, or any other scents/smells
-after the 20 minute period has ended, you vehicle is now ready to use
