Welcome to Superhero Kitchen, where Julianna & Natasha make healthy recipes following strict guidelines from fitness trainers and nutritionists every Thursday.


Why is it called SUPERHERO KITCHEN, you ask?


Well, Julianna is on the show "Superheroes in Training" on Cinefix. She's working out everyday, for almost three hours a day, for ten weeks to be fit enough to play a superhero in a movie (preferably Black Widow). A healthy diet is an important part of weight loss/maintenance and this is where this show comes into play.
