In this video you will see a fun, challenging cardio workout that you can do on a short field like the one I use. This is only suited for those who are more advanced! If you can not run for a full half hour you should NOT give this workout a try. It will simply be too intense for you!
4 x Jog 2 x Two Feet Jump 2 x Injured Man Skip (1 left, 1 right) 2 x Long Distance Skip 3 to 5 x Jog Forth, Sprint Back
Cool down by doing the warm up in reverse, or by simply jogging a few 'laps'.
