This is the opening track on OCS' double album "3 and 4" (2005).

OCS (Orange County Sound) was actually an earlier incarnation of John Dwyer's garage rock band Thee Oh Sees and was primarily focused on a way folkier and acoustic sound than the raw psychedelic garage sound they would later develop.
