材料:柳丁

作法:
1.兔子:取柳丁對剖,切三分之一,刀沿著果皮邊緣切開剩三分之一不切斷,果皮邊緣各切兩刀,將中間果皮向果肉中間塞,即可。
2.蝴蝶刀:取柳丁剖半,一刀斷一刀不斷,取一片果肉向中間對折,即可為盤飾。
3.直立型柳丁:取柳丁剖半,尾部切平,果皮部分切三角型後,刀沿著果皮邊緣切開剩三分之一不切斷,將中間果皮向果肉中間塞,即可。
4.太陽花:取柳丁頭尾切掉,取中間圓型狀,刀沿著果皮邊緣切開剩三分之一不切斷,果皮左右兩邊畫斜刀,將切好的果皮往反方向捲起,取牙籤固定,尾端切平即可。
5.螃蟹:將作法4切掉的柳丁頭,斜切成薄片狀留三分之一不切斷,中間留三分之一其餘剖半,拍開即可。
