I'm at the Fit4Life gym doing one of my regular routines to warm-up my core muscles before cardio or strength workout.
Balancing on a Swiss ball is fun and an indication to me if my core muscles are strong enough to protect my back. It was a moved I learnt during one of the "Core Iron Muscle" class (similar to Body Pump). I got frustrated at not being able to do it well on that day that I started doing it as part of my routine workout.
So here it is. :) The Swiss Ball is very very strong and it's a tough Australian brand called AOK. Plus, it was strong enough to handle my current weight at 82 kg. Not bad for a piece of rubber. :)
