Inefficient sales processes and missed opportunities
With multiple data silos, Suncorp Group Limited had a fragmented view of its customer base, which obscured cross-brand sales opportunities and delayed deal closings within lines of business.

Unifying customer information enterprise-wide
The company centralized customer information across brands and automated sales processes using IBM FileNet Content Manager and IBM FileNet Business Process Management software.

Cross-brand sales, faster deals
With the IBM solution in place, Suncorp efficiently shares customer information to identify cross-brand opportunities and slash the time and effort involved in closing deals.
