When it comes to commercial & land brokerage, wouldn't be nice to have a broker that actually understands the development process. Maybe one with a background in land planning and zoning. One that's familiar with overlay zoning districts, development and building codes, engineering issues? Someone who's taken a piece of raw land, sketched a site plan for it, presented it to a buyer, and closed the deal?

Brian Patton is that broker. Brian has been a land planner since 1990, served for 12 years in the public sector as a city planner and zoning expert, obtained his CCIM designation in 2002, and now uses those skills to transform his clients raw land into closed deals.

Just recently, Brian listed this five acre tract on Highway 9. After preparing a site plan, he presented it to the City of Milton as a potential location for a fire station and police headquarters. With Brian's direction, Milton's leaders could "see" how the property would fulfill their needs; and soon thereafter, purchased it from Brian's client.

Any broker can erect a sign on the property...let the weeds grow up...let the years pass by. But, if you need someone to use their development knowledge to CLOSE deals in Forsyth County, Fulton County, Gwinnett County, Cobb County, Dawson County, Hall County, or Cherokee County, then call Brian today at 770 634 4848 or visit his website: http://www.BrianPattonCommercial.com
