I wish i could select which videos are sent out on my channel feed but i cant. This video is made as a question for libertyisnotgive a libertarian in the search for answers on sustainability.

We cannot simply say that climate skeptics are oil company funded nuts, and that is the sole reason america has been so slow to act on climate change.

In fact, like it or not, many policies for fighting climate change tend to highlight a need for state intervention in markets. This has always been percieved by neoliberals.

Neoliberals dont like regulation of emissions or any type of constrain on business. Subsidies are acceptable though, this is a power game for them.

For libertarians, i would suggest, that there is a tension --albeit superficial-- between regulation and core libertarian philosophy.

Anyway, i dont know much about this and i`m curious what someone with more knoledge thinks.
