Here is what Rebecca had to say about writing this demo:

"I wrote this song on a trip to Big Bear, in the woods in a cabin with friends. Raven had been thinking of something in the vein of Roy Orbison’s “In Dreams.” I was having the hardest time with this one, because if there’s one thing I don’t know how to do, it’s how to relax and just be in the moment. So I ended up writing this song to convince myself to stop worrying so much about writing this song."
