Main Ingredients
• 8 oz Soybean Sprout (1 Cup Boiled)
• 3 Cups Water + ¼ tsp Salt
• ¼ Cup Cucumber
• ¼ Cup Red Sweet Pepper
• ¼ Cup Yellow Sweet Pepper
• Some Black Sesame Seeds (Garnish)
Seasoning Ingredients
• 1 Tbsp Honey
• ½ Tbsp Mustard
• ½ Tbsp Vinegar
• 1 tsp Sugar
• ½ tsp Garlic, Minced
• ½ tsp Lemon Juice • 2 Pinches Salt
Yield: 1½ Cups
