Snell's Law using Huygen's Principle

Snell's law describes the refractive index of first optical medium with respect to another optical medium. Snell's law states that

"When light travels from one of the optical medium to the another optical medium, it undergoes reflection and refraction. The ratio of sine of the incidence angle with which it strikes the second medium, to the sine of refracted angle, by which it deflects from its original path ratio is a constant for the given pair of optical media, and is called as the ratio of the refractive index of medium 2 to that of medium 1."
