With mindfulness, we work on to be in the present moment, and to let go of agenda. It's a really good practice and that’s the essence of the meditation - it’s important to keep that always in the background. At the same time, we can often call that meditation without form; bringing ourselves into the present moment and accessing our true nature – that’s a very healthy and good thing to do. With our meditation we can cultivate certain qualities and attributes, we can decide we want to become more compassionate, we can decide that we want to heal, and we can use visualization and meditation with form to also enhance certain qualities, but we are always doing it from the background; that fundamentally we’re connecting with something that’s already there in the nature of our being.
