Marico Andrews HIST 2010-08 In this video, Dr. Ponder speaks more on Africa and how South Africans have a lot of the US's resources. He says that one day they will be in charge of our country. Dr. Ponder then talks about the salaries of teachers and how much their salaries affect certain things such as the quality of the services they provide as a teacher. He is all for increasing the pay of teachers. He also talks about Alpha Phi Alpha and the UNCF and how they were founded to help blacks.
