Front seat POV (including 1/2 ramp up) from "The Big Dipper" at the now closed Geauga Lake Park - 09/10/2006. One of my favorite "woodies" - built in 1925 this ride was an amazing example of classic (John A. Miller) coaster design. Sadly, this coaster will likely never run again (after the park's closing in 2007) and is currently listed as SBNO. BTW: My brother screaming "Bye Turtle Beach" is in reference to an area of the park that previously housed the children's water park, many of the rides from that area were relocated across the lake along with many other "wet rides" (into the former Sea World Ohio area) - those rides are all that remains operational from Geauga Lake Park.
