are "white"-they got a tremendous head start in creating a structure from the very begining that would ensure only a certain segment of the population would be able to have such assets. i bring this up to critics and they feel that since the civil rights act of 1964, enough time has gone by to level the playing field and now everyone has an equal opportunity. i think that is categorically false and absurd.
