Imagine not having a bed to sleep in each night or a place to call home? This is the reality faced by more than 5,000 South Australians on any given night, with a significant increase in older women on the streets. Adelaide’s Catherine House offers a roof and support for women who find themselves homeless resulting from a domestic violence relationship, mental illness, separation, job loss or trauma.
