A reasonably well-scoring run through Cave's newest iOS port, Deathsmiles. I went with a stage order that has a nice combination of survival facilitation and scoring opportunities. (I wish to thank mister Francis York Morgan for this advice.) Namely, B1 (rank 2) - C2 (rank 3) - C1 (rank 2) - A2 (rank 3) - A1 (rank 3) - B2 (rank 2) - Extra (rank 2) - Final (rank 2) The large number of rank 2s means I didn't have to deal with suicide bullets in the final stage or two, but still got a few rank 3s in for the really high-scoring sequences. Most notably C2, all doze rocks, all doze points. I did want to do B1 on rank 3 but it was too difficult to reliably dance through all the bullets and still be able to use the lock shot to get as many crowns as possible from the rocks and mermen and whatnot. Plus I hit 1000 by the end of the stage anyways, so it's mostly fine.
My place on the current scoreboard (soon to be surpassed, I'm sure) is second for Windia, as you can see. Strangely, Rosa has much higher scores in the top places, and even I got a considerably better score with her on the run before this one (though you can see at the very end of this video why I didn't upload that one, as well as the fact that the audio recorder I was using crashed with the data.) I'm not really sure if that's because Rosa is a better scorer than Windia, or just because more people have been playing Rosa since she's a little bit easier to use (lock shot notwithstanding) and a touch more powerful in some cases. Probably a bit of both.
Also, I skipped dialogue and most of the ending, ostensibly to avoid spoilers but actually because I messed up the Display Recorder settings. Oh well, it isn't terribly important anyways.
