You all need to take a chill pill. Just because he is a pitbull, the dog is automatically a danger to the baby? He's a DOG. It's not the breeds damn fault, that HUMANS decided to ruin the breed for everyone. Besides, this dog was not barking in an aggressive way.

That kid is in good paws.

I cannot say this enough...... regardless of breed, if a canine is properly socialized, properly trained, properly introduced and appropriately supervised ..... then any child will be safe! But the the most important factor is..... by "responsible and well educated owners"! Obviously the dad in this video knows how to check his dog. This will be a well protected baby.

That's how my pit used to be lol because your family they don't wanna attack you but one day it'll either happen or get Damn close. My big boy was always on guard protecting me from everything...he was a sweetheart but he was smart. If in was alone by myself and I was outside with him he wouldn't let anyone walk up and approach me. I have to put my hand on him and say it's okay and he'll sit down and calm down, but even then he's still right by my side literally touching me he's so close so he makes sure I'm okay :) sadly I don't have him anymore :( as he got older he got grumpy and I have 3 young children who liked to irritate him so he now has a good home without kids :) being very well taken care of :)
