To mark the 40th anniversary of the Watergate break-in, the Richard Nixon Presidential Library released interviews with key staff charged with investigating whether there were grounds to impeach President Nixon. Bernard Nussbaum served as a senior member of the staff advising the House Judiciary Committee on impeachment. He worked alongside a young Hillary Rodham. Later, Mr. Nussbaum served as White House Counsel in the Clinton administration.
