Sandi MacPherson, Founder of Quibb, and Caterina Rizzi, Co-Founder and CCO of Breather, sit down for an honest Q&A at this year’s AccelerateOTT.

Sandi discusses the importance of knowing what norms you want present in your company and how implementing them is as simple as human nature. Like people at a party, they will mirror the behaviors you wish to practice.

Caterina says for best resource practices go straight to the source-find the most educated people in that field and ask to pick their brain.
