Ingredients:
• 1-tablespoon green tea.
• 5 cups boiling water.
• 4 tablespoons sugar, or to taste.
• 1 large bunch fresh mint

Method:

Put the green tea into the teapot. Rinse the tea with little bit hot water.
Add mint to the teapot and then add sugar. Fill the pot with hot water, stir with a spoon.
Boil the tea for 3 minutes on the stove.
Pour it into a glass, and then pour it back into the pot
Do it twice for good mixture.

Pour from distance to produce foam on the tea. That’s typically Moroccan way.
