Hole in hand

It is no mirror nor rotoscoping. I sticked a green paper on my hand and used a greenscreen technique, to reveal
second footage of my head. Thats why it may seems kinda cheezy, because I quite didnt mimic the first head movement perfectly. As fot the "3D" effect, its done by simple scaling down the layer by a few percent and coloring it to red. There is even a tutorial here on the youtube.
