Breathing is a unique activity, in that it is a largely subconscious activity, that is, you don't have to place any cognitive effort into the action in order to receive a result, AND it can also be manipulated consciously. This is where this video comes in, and it is best done if you record yourself so you can "see how you breathe" - and hopefully you can correct it without any extraneous effort.
