The dish is called Ki-cha-fit-fit in Tigrinya and in Amharic it's called Cha- cha-be-sa or kita-fit-fit.

The ingredients you'll be needing are the following below
Berbera(Spicy powder), salt, Habesa kibe(butter), all purpose flour

Start by mixing your flour and water in a bowl.
heat your pan by adding a little oil- medium hot temperature
Pour your flour and water mixture onto the hot pan in a thin layer.
cook for 3-4 mins and then turn it over and let it sit for 3-4 mins.
once done frying the kecha/keta you can let it cool off for few mins or just start tearing your Kecha/Keta into small pieces.
Add melted habesha butter and berbere to it and mix it well so all the pieces of kecha/keta can soak in the butter and berbere.
