Staff and students at Harper Adams University College have been receiving free cycle training as part of a national training scheme. 'Bikeability', a Cycling England initiative, gives riders the skills and confidence to cycle in modern road conditions with tutoring from experts in road safety. Phil Lorenz, Road Safety Officer at Telford & Wrekin Council said: "I think Bikeability is important because of the amount, speed and volume of traffic on the roads. Cyclists need to have the confidence and knowledge to make themselves safer."
