In this video I instruct Summer through a mid-back pain thoracic spine self-myofascial release exercise using a 5" inch bula ball. In this exercise we are mobilizing the thoracic spine and stimulating increases range of spinal movement, compressing fascial tissue allowing it to hydrate and become more elastic relieving mid-back pain and working to resolve long standing restricted movement.
