Meet Debbie Gulyas, co-founder and director of the Waterloo Alley Cat Project. The WACP is a small nonprofit group of volunteers caring for the abandoned/feral cats that live in the burgeoning arts and retail district on Waterloo Road in Cleveland, Ohio. Using the humane method of trap-neuter/spay-release (TNR) we have spayed and neutered over 250 cats, and effectively controlled the population of strays in our neighborhood. This is our story.
