Can Managing to be Human really get people wanting to come to Work as Ricardo Semler says?

Listen to this short synopsis video on how our Forum participants answered these important questions.

The Managing to be Human Forum is a network of like-minded people and organisations, who believe that real and lasting business success can be achieved, and better achieved, by managing people in a truly human and authentic way.

It is a meeting place of managers, leaders, and organisations who share a conviction that adopting more human ways to manage is an imperative, not a luxury, both for the health of their own and other organisations and for society in general.

We believe the Managing to be Human Forum will be a real help to Companies to redress previous damage done by business organisations and, instead, lead society and the world to new levels of sustainable well-being for everyone.

The genuine hope is that this forum will lead to healthier societies in which a real respect for the human and the best of human collaboration comes to the fore.

We are not alone in thinking this and in wanting something hugely different from what we currently have in our organisations and from how we design, shape and manage them.

The Managing to be Human Forum was initiated by Maybe International in Ireland in September 2013. Interested individuals and organisations come together on a regular basis to share ideas, exchange experiences and together work to bring to reality this new way of managing and leading organisations.
