I'm trying to do some running form (gait) analysis to see how I am running with shoes in comparison to w/o shoes. I am considering starting to run barefoot or minimalist and I wanted to see what my current form looks like. I just read an AMAZING book called "Born to Run" that has really got me thinking hard about running barefoot or minimalist and much it can help a person run with good form and stay injury free.
(Note: I couldn't find my good video camera, so I had to shoot with with my point and shoot. I'll be able to upload better quality videos later)
