In game 1 of the Eastern Conference First Round of the 1993 NBA Playoffs, Boston's Reggie Lewis started out strong, scoring 10 points in the first 3 minutes, then collapsed on the floor. He came back in the game, finishing with 17 points in 13 minutes for what turned out to be the last game of his career. He died of a heart problem two months later.
