Chicken In Maple Syrup With Balsamic Vinegar And Thyme


Chicken 1 piece
60 ml. balsamic vinegar
40 ml. maple syrup
30 ml. olive oil
6 springs of fresh thyme


Remove chicken`s backbone with sharp knife. Place the bird cut-side down (skin-side up) and flatten it with the heel of your hand; use both hands if you need to apply extra pressure.
Combine maple syrup with olive oil, balsamic vinegar add fresh thyme, season to taste. Pour chicken with marinade. Fry on preheat grilling pan to golden crisp, then roast in preheat to 180°C oven 20 minutes. Cut into half.
