Hey guys, today we are going to be working on your back muscles! This workout will help you burn away the fat and give you the muscular back you've always wanted.

Workout breakdown:

3-4 total circuits with 30-60 second breaks in between each exercise.

0:38 Upright Rows

Row thumbs towards your chest making sure you leave your back straight.


1:00 Kettle bell Dead-lifts

Keep them inside your feet and in a dead-lift motion, left your back up keeping your back straight.


1:42 Renegade Rows

Grab two dumbbells and get into a push-up position. Alternate rows while keep your other hand down to stabilize yourself.

2:15 Kettle bell Swing

Hold one kettle bell with both hands, putting it between your legs in an athletic stance. Swing the kettle bell forward while keep your stand strong.

Rest for 2-3 minutes. Repeat until 3-4 circuits are complete! There you go! Should take you around 15 minutes to complete. Quick fat burning workout that you can fit into your day.
