Video I cut up and prepared for live visual accompaniment to the Radiohead "OK Computer Live" event. This was a different, and ultimately more pleasing type of visual show for me, as it struck a nice chord between improvisation and preparation.
Typically my shows require that I develop live visual accompaniment to performer(s) in a completely improvisational way. With this show, I was able to prepare a custom repertoire for each song beforehand, and cut those clips into pieces for live triggering based on the performance itself. Other parts of the show were entirely improvisational, utilizing a live camera, effects, and pre-rendered video layers.
For this performance, I used Adobe Premiere Pro (Editor), Resolume Avenue (VJ Program), and the Livid Ohm64 MIDI controller.
