MacOS Sierra Volume Balance Off

I found this error recently on my macbook pro retina 13' late 2013 model.
Everytime i boot up or restart my macbook, & unplug-replug the External DAC the volume balance is off to the left
This problem only occurred once, after i set to the center, its works fine until next boot.
Im using an external DAC (USB), this problem only occurred on this external DAC, on previous OS this is not happening. I've been using my external DAC since 2010 macbook lineup, its never have this error.
