A poor diet is the main reason why many of us still don't have our six-pack abs. Many of us maintain a pretty healthy diet at home, but it's a totally different story when we are out. Not only do we eat unhealthy foods while we are out, we also tend to over eat on top of that.
So when you are dining out, order something healthy and make sure you only eat a small portion.
Eating until you are feeling completely full is a big mistake when trying to get lean. When you start feeling full, you have already overeaten. Our goal is to only fuel the body. So just enough so that you are do not feel hungry. This is a perfect way to gauge the amount of food you should intake.
