Have you ever left food out on the picnic table too long and were worried that maybe it had spoiled? I left this hamburger out for two months and you can see what happens. It was rock hard when I turned the camera off. It was so hard that I could have thrown it at Bowser to help Mario save Princess Toadstool - but that's another video.

Hamburger meat and supplies were purchased at Giant Eagle. I formed and seasoned the hamburger myself. I then cooked it on my Weber Spirit grill. This is an awesome grill that I highly recommend. Everything I cook on it is delicious.

The music is "Brand New Day 60" from the Studiocutz Music Library.

The time lapse was shot over the course of about two months (I honestly lost track of the amount of time). I used a Sony HC46 Mini DV video camera in photo mode. It took one photo every 10 minutes. I then used Final Cut Pro 6 to edit the video.

My brother-n-law, Joby Johnston, shot the grill footage and gave me additional advice on the final edit of the video. Thanks Joby!
