A team of Ohio State interventional cardiologists are some of the first in the country to treat blocked arteries through the most unlikely of places - the wrist - in a short, outpatient procedure. Doctors here are offering this new, extremely rare clinical initiative to carefully selected patients who don't have other chronic health problems. This new approach minimizes the risk of complications and allows patients to go home the same day.
