Putting on mass is simple. You must eat more calories than you are burning. If you are not putting on weight, you are simply not eating enough.

One great way to prevent weight loss is to consume Gatorade or some sort of high carbs drink while you are training. High sugar or carb drinks will keep you fueled with stored energy and prevent any unneeded weight loss.
