Clyde Cowan speaks at the US Naval Academy to describe and explain his work with Frederick Reines in the co-detection of the neutrino (Project Poltergeist). Reines and Cowan (posthumously) were awarded the 1995 Nobel Prize in Physics for the work described in this video.
The introduction of Dr. Cowan is by Dr. B.J. Graham, physics professor at the US Naval Acadamy and coauthor of Essentials of Modern Physics with Virgilio Acosta and Dr. Cowan.
