Food is one of the greatest pleasures in life, and a good balanced diet is also the key to a long and healthy life.
Unfortunately, with our busy and hectic lifestyles though, many of us find ourselves sacrificing our diets by grabbing unhealthy food on the run that doesn't give us the nutrition our bodies need. Whether it is being rushed in the morning and skipping breakfast, coming home exhausted after a hard day in the office, or being preoccupied with looking after the kids, many of us are turning to ready meals, takeaways or even a piece of toast to fill the gap.
Luckily, Benenden Healthcare has acknowledged this issue and is offering you advice on how to get a balanced diet.
If you struggle to get your five a day, don't know what types of food provide you with which nutrients and feel like you could be rundown and tired then rebalancing your diet could be the answer.
To find out whether your diet is balanced and if not, what to do about it, then log onto our live and interactive WebTV show with Nuffield Health nutritionist Louisa Popplewell and Jane Cooper from Benenden Healthcare for advice on how to get the most out of the food you're eating.
