Watch the video! This thing was trouble from the get go. First the sheath snap closure rivet sepperated from the leather and was replaced then the handle snapped off under less than normal use. I was cutting a 4 inch branch of cedar when it snapped. The roll pin and the laminated glued up handle are not a good combination. Lee Valley had no problem exchanging it for a Gransfors Bruks Hunter axe. Should have trusted my instincts and stayed old school instead of this klingon experiment. Too bad because the axe head itself is great and I have no complaints there. To bad you can't just order the head alone.
