主料 / 豬絞肉半斤、紅蔥酥半碗、水煮蛋4顆、油豆腐4塊、醃黃蘿蔔4片、泡水筍乾300克、­梅干菜1片
調味料 / 醬油1碗、糖半碗、五香粉少許、胡椒粉少許
做法 /
1、將鍋燒熱倒入沙拉油將豬絞肉炒香再加入紅蔥酥略炒一下再加入醬油、6碗水、調味料­。
2、將水煮蛋、油豆腐加入做法1、煮30分鐘至入味。
3、泡水筍乾加入三碗水、梅干菜切條放入用雞粉、鹽調味煮20分鐘即可。
4、裝一碗白飯舀上魯肉放上魯蛋、油豆腐、魯筍干醃黃蘿蔔即可。
