I apologize for the poor camera work. Slightly difficult to hold a camera and tools at the same time. I'll use a tripod next time. But basically, the steps I used is loosen the locking nut, back out the tensioner screw until you hear the chattering get louder, tighten the tensioner until the chattering goes away, then turn it 1/4 turn in, then set the locking nut.
